Bread rises from Rice

A team of Japanese experts showed how bread could be made with rice flour. They met the Minister of Agriculture Anura Dissnayaka at his ministry on Tuesday. They told the minister the bread baked with white and brown rice was as good as bread baked with wheat flour.
