Unrest ends with crucial verdicts by jury in court

The followers of Abdullah Payilvan buried his body in Kattankudy soil escalated religious violence. All commercial activities were crippled in Kattankudy town for the last 8 days. The court verdict that the decision of demolishing the part of a building that is made by jury in court. The verdict did the police heads not implement immediately. Thereafter, the public broaden the strife by burnt bus, shops and government, private banks as well as blockade the transport facilities. A special judge was appointed for this religious sect to the Batticaloa District Court from Colombo. The judgment of jury the contradictory building’s component should be removed and the security must be provided by the police for the demolishing. Now, the UC labourers have demolished the building.
